Meet your coach, Robin ✳
Before becoming a leadership coach, I spent over 23 years as Executive Director of three non-profit pregnancy centers. I understand the unique challenges ministry leaders face and the loneliness that can come with it. Now, as a Professional Certified Coach, I help leaders worldwide find joy, lead with strength, and finish well.
As a Strengths Champion Certified Coach, I guide individuals and teams to maximize their strengths. My top five are WOO, Positivity, Activator, Belief, and Competition.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy time with my husband, Steve, and our adult kids near the Rogue River in Oregon. I love coffee, deep conversations, dark chocolate, cats, and my labradoodle, Nellie. No one's a stranger to me—just a friend I haven’t met yet.
