You think about it now and then…

YET succession planning keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the to-do list or the corner of your desk. The fact is God will be calling you to leave some day. Are you ready?

Answering the following questions may be helpful

  • What is your plan for succession (whether you think you will leave in one year or ten)?

  • Have you discussed it with your board?

  • What needs to be done? Do you know where to begin?

  • How prepared are you to mentally, emotionally, and spiritually let go of this organization you hold so closely?

This mastermind group* will help you think through and prepare to make a plan so you are prepared for that day when God calls you to leave.

Once a month you will gather with other Executive Directors via Zoom for 60-90 minutes. Those who sign up first will help determine what DAY and TIME we meet.

$100/month to get PEACE OF MIND, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

PLEASE NOTE: With this only one time per month, the expectation is this will be a priority in your life.
